We would appreciate a notice of cancellation, preferably within 24 hours. We do understand that unforeseen things happen last minute. As long as you inform us that you cannot keep your reservation, it will not count as a "no show."
However, if you do not inform us via a phone call or email, the following policy has been implemented:
1st NO SHOW: This one is on us, no charge. However, we will take a credit card to reserve your spot the next time!
2nd NO SHOW: 50% of the total appointment or reservation for each pet will be charged.
3rd NO SHOW: 100% of the total appointment or reservation for each pet will be charged.
